Please note any items which require engraving or resizing will take longer than the times quoted above.

All orders despatched to the EU and US are sent DDP (delivery duty paid) with ROW orders sent DAP (delivered at place).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. We are pleased to offer a free returns service for customers in the UK and USA. To return your goods, you must do so within 30 days of receiving your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
